Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of our TMT advisory and resourcing services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, please not use our services.

Service Description: We provide a range of Advisory and Resourcing solutions to help businesses improve sales growth and capital value. These services may include, but are not limited to, consultancy and advisory services; resourcing individuals and teams and recruitment.

Fees: We charge fixed price or time and materials at a day rate for advisory services; and/or a day, weekly or monthly rate for resources or a minimum of a 30% of gross salary recruitment fee for any individual or team we introduce as a resource.
Payment: Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project or service or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, or other agreed upon methods.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the services and any documents or materials produced as a result of the services will be owned by us. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use such intellectual property for the purpose for which it was provided. This will be defined in a more detailed agreement between us.

Introductions: We may introduce you to individuals or teams as part of a resourcing solution once introduced by email, text or by telephone these individuals are deemed resources under the terms of our terms and conditions and will be charged on a minimum fee basis as described above.

Limitations of Liability: Our liability to you in connection with any product or service purchased through our services is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service.

Severability: If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which our company is headquartered.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy and any other legal notices published by us on our website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
